Welcome to GridSniper ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our ERCOT peak prediction and nodal price tracking software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines regarding our facility management and alerting infrastructure.

2. Purpose and Disclaimer

GridSniper is designed to provide real-time ERCOT LMPs, forecast data, and 4CP event predictions to high-value power consumers. While our alert engine uses cutting-edge methodology, GridSniper does not financially guarantee the accuracy of ERCOT's 4CP intervals. Your organization’s dispatch and load curtailment strategy remains solely your responsibility.

3. No Liability for Trading or Dispatch Losses

You agree that GridSniper and its creators shall not be liable for any financial losses, compliance penalties, missing 4CP peaks, or generation downtime incurred by your facilities. The automated webhook alerts and data ingested from ERCOT are provided "as-is", and you assume full responsibility for configuring appropriate buffer thresholds and automated dispatch endpoints.

4. Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. If your organization fails to capture peak shaving value or does not receive actionable intelligence from our alerts, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Multi-Tenant Accounts & API Security

You are solely responsible for securing your GridSniper organizational accounts, facility endpoints, and webhook API keys. We are not responsible for unauthorized internal curtailment triggers resulting from compromised API keys within your organization.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary alert methodologies, codebases, dashboard designs, and predictive software algorithms driving GridSniper are our exclusive property. The underlying ERCOT grid load data itself remains public domain.
